General support and page corrections
Email privacy@chargingstationsmap.net for broken links, interface problems, inaccurate site copy or route calculation questions. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@chargingstationsmap.net for privacy questions or applicable access, correction and deletion requests. We may need limited information to verify that a request relates to you.
Charging-station records
Include the station name, approximate location, displayed issue and source of the corrected information. Because station records come from Open Charge Map, permanent changes may need to be made through that project or the original data provider.
Safety and emergencies
This inbox is not monitored as an emergency service. For road danger, damaged electrical equipment or an urgent charging-site problem, contact local emergency services, the property owner or the charging network shown on the equipment.
