These Terms govern access to Charging Stations Map. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Informational planning tool
Charging Stations Map is an informational search and route-planning tool. It does not operate charging stations, roads or navigation services. Map results, route geometry, charging power, connector compatibility, prices, access rules, operating status and availability may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
Driving and charging safety
Do not interact with the website while driving. Follow traffic laws, road signs, vehicle warnings and official emergency instructions. Before relying on a suggested stop, independently confirm the charger's location, connector, power, access, price and live availability with its operator. Maintain sufficient battery reserve and an alternative charging plan.
Battery and route estimates
State-of-charge, range, arrival battery level, charging time and suggested-stop calculations are estimates. Actual results vary with weather, speed, traffic, elevation, battery condition, vehicle configuration, payload, climate control and charger performance. The website does not replace vehicle instructions or professional advice.
Third-party data and services
The website uses or links to independent map, routing, charging-data and advertising services. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link or listing does not guarantee quality, safety, availability or endorsement.
Advertising disclosure
Clearly identified advertisements may generate revenue for the site operator. Advertising does not guarantee or endorse a charger, network, product or external provider.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal travel planning. You must not interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload automated endpoints, scrape in violation of applicable restrictions, or use the website to violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property and data licences
The website interface, original text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party maps, charging records, icons and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' licences and attribution requirements. No ownership of third-party data is transferred to users.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable rights concerning fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or mandatory consumer protection.

Features may be corrected, changed, suspended or discontinued. These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
